We're moving! Our little house on the lake sold in less than a week. Simply amazing! Now to figure out where we want to move to... I want to take some of the fish with us, but I don't think they'd be very happy leaving their little home. Not everybody enjoys moving as much as we do. ; )
Here I follow how my mother handmade fish balls traditionally. Not perfectly shaped but pretty satisfied in taste.
Years ago ER brought me to a hawker who sold his handmade fish ball noodles in Bukit Timah hawker center. That was really delicious and unforgettable, as they resembled mum’s cooking. But, since his daughter took over the stall, the handmade fish balls were discontinued and this had partly prompted me to make my own. - Jenny
