More goldfish, glistening away. I have been wondering about the practicalities of having a small fish in a bowl at work. It might involve a bit too much maintenance, I think.

So this is one of my three, hand-sized, Blood Parrot fishes. Recently I noticed some fin rot on the fish so I cleaned the tank, refreshed the water , and added some antibiotics. This fish turned pale and went belly up and spent 4 or 5 days laid out flat on the bottom of the tank.... I thought it was a goner until the darn thing suddenly recovered.
