Another one that may require a bit of explanation... The balloon (see day 56) that his grandparents bought him is one of his favourite toys, he loves playing with it when he's in the bouncy chair or in his cot. But its slowly deflating, and today we got him a new one! So poor dad had to wander round the shopping centre with this tied to the buggy, at precisely face-height...

In an artificial pond in front of a house in Cap-Rouge, Quebec, we find lovely fishes.

Placing slices of Meyer lemons on the cedar plank and then setting the salmon on top of those give it a more delicate flavor and you get the acidity of the lemon in the dish as well.
