Getting my tag, chip, shirt to run my first ever 5K. On my iPhone, an app by Jeff Galloway training has helped a lot, as has a 12 year based of Jazzercise, especially step circuit, body sculpting, and the fun dance of regular Jazzercise.
Audrey went today for her first dentist visit, and had a great time! Miss Janie, the hygienist, made sure that everything from the mechanical chair to the berry-flavored tooth polish was an adventure.

the loquats from my garden for the first time. Sad, I can't eat but still I am happy because it might be honeybees yield those good fruits, I am sure for it:)
I put the loquat seeds in my garden after I ate them about 5 years ago. I want to design my garden with full kinds of fruit trees for honeybees.
