I lit this fire at work because it was freezing and the heating in my car is broken, so I lit the fire and noticed all these beautiful colours in the flames, unfortunately the camera has only picked up 3, but there were canary yellows, turquoise, red, blue, electric blue, lilac, purple....
There was a whole lot of meths-soaked pumice left over from an Alt service at church, so we had a mini-bonfire in the church carpark and I took some photos.
This shot was taken recently at a fire that took place in Moncton, New Brunswick on Canada's East Coast. The fire was at a large tire warehouse and the bits of white you see swirling in the air are from the foam used by the fire fighters to contain the fire. It was hard to dodge it as it was windy and stuff was blowing all over the place. Also of note, there was nobody injured in the fire. The daycare next door had to be evacuated.

German dancer Galathea in an on stage fire performance. ExtraSchicht, Die Nacht Der Industriekultur, Zeche Waltrop, NRW, Germany, June 20, 2015.
A ragbag bunch of roaming minstrels put on an impromptu performance not far from where I live. As it was around dusk, there was not much light, so it was impossible to get the man’s face properly exposed without seriously overexposing the fire.
