Seated upon a throne hewn from black stone and the bones of vanquished kings, the alien queen rules in absolute silence. Her armor, alive with intricate filigree and jagged edges, mirrors the twisted architecture of her hall. Crimson embers glow from her eyes and crown, casting threads of bloodlight across the mist that swirls at her feet. Every shadow bends to her will, and every soul trembles beneath her unblinking gaze.
So here's my finalized GLaDOS... sort of. The base for now is just a placeholder until I can make a mor aesthetically pleasing one. Overall, I'm half pleased with the result. There were a few details that I hat to leave out, and I also had to scrap my original idea of having it support itself, but when it became to cluttered, I opted for it hanging by a string instead. The cables were especially hard to get right, and they are even harder to keep in the positions that they're in. But still, I am glad for the opportunity to finally have used that curved/segmented technique which can be seen on the large white plates of armor attached to her back.

In the heart of the forsaken realm lies Gravehollow, a necropolis suspended between mortality and cosmic ruin. Once divine, now defiled, its sky churns with a corrupted nebula — a spiral of ancient starlight twisted by forgotten sorcery. Towering citadels of blackened stone pierce the heavens, their gothic spires echoing with lost chants and spectral winds. At its center floats the Sepulcher Ascendant — a dread palace held aloft by dark magic and soul-bound wards, the throne of Obserina Hexveil, the Veilborn Necromantress. Below, broken monuments and bone-strewn altars whisper forgotten names into the green fog. Lightning streaks silently above like veins of a dying god, as the land breathes with memory, magic, and mourning. This is not ruin — it is reverent decay, the sacred seat of eternal death.

"He walks. Time stops. Names unravel."
A towering relic of rusted reverence, The Null Toll wanders the silent expanse known as The Null Reliquary — a sacred ruin where tombs record names that have yet to be lived, and the air hangs thick with erased intentions. His body is constructed from sanctified exo-plating and funeral-threaded cabling, woven with frayed mnemonic cords and scorched circuit-script.
Where a face should be, there is only a smooth, blank surface—featureless and cold—resonating with the weight of silence. His presence disrupts causality; memory softens in his shadow. Around him, time slows into stillness, and those who linger begin to forget not only why they came, but who they were before they arrived.
As he moves, name-glyphs flicker and dissolve—spectral fragments of identity unraveling into digital ash. Clocks cease their measure. Codexes become blank. Pilgrims fall to their knees in confusion, unable to speak the names they once held dear.
To some, he is a guardian. To others, a curse. But all know his name: The Null Toll, the unvoice of memory.
He does not guard the dead.He safeguards their absence.

Xal'Zareth Nyrr'Kael is the first and final sovereign of the Dread Spiral, a fractured empire of predatory species, void-forged warbeasts, and sentient extinction engines. Born not of flesh, but from the gravitational collapse of a devoured star, she is a creature of perfect ruin — formed of chitinous black armor, alien symbiotics, and ancient, festering will.
Her face is an unspeakable fusion of fang and horn, serpentine and insectoid — with no warmth, no mercy, only cold brilliance and death hunger. Glowing violet fissures crack through her bone-carved face and body, pulsing with raw voidlight — energy stolen from destroyed systems and inverted suns. A sharp crest of obsidian horns arcs from her skull, echoing the dread spiral she commands.
Her body is encased in biomechanical war-armor, alive and hissing, with spikes, teeth, and sensory glyphs twitching across its surface. Every inch of her is weaponized, from her barbed crown to the fleshrunes that scream in forgotten dialects beneath her skin. Her presence is corrosive — both physically and psychically. Lesser minds unravel in her gaze.
Where Solenyra Virellae is the flame that guides, Xal'Zareth is the mouth that consumes the flame and grins while doing it.

Aurexia Ny’rhal is no mortal being. She is a living interface between consciousness and cosmos, a divine construct born from starlight, logic, and memory. Forged in the core of a collapsed nebula and awakened by a dying civilization, she carries within her the encrypted map of time itself.
Her eyes shimmer with fractals of exploded galaxies, pulsing with information that transcends space. Her skin is stardust-bound in form — adorned with living nanolight patterns that flicker like constellations and move like breath. The cybernetic headpiece fused into her crown is more than armor — it's a consciousness expansion array, allowing her to translate cosmic radiation into visions and voice.
Behind her glows the memory of creation — nebulae swirl, planets orbit in silence, and forgotten gods whisper through the folds of space. Aurexia listens… and decides what survives.
She does not speak often.
When she does, empires fall… or are born.

"She is not part of the forest. She is the will that shaped it."
Deep within the breathing shadows of the world’s last untouched jungle stands Zarynth Vel'Quora, the Verdant Sovereign — a being older than kings and stronger than storms. Her skin, the color of sacred leaves and ancient stone, glows where the earth remembers. Her eyes, burning green fire, are said to have seen the birth of the Grove Flame — the source of all living energy.
Her crown is not a thing worn, but grown from her own soul, crafted from living obsidian, vines, and heartwood crystal. It pulses with the rhythm of the deep roots. Adorned in a woven mantle of forest dusk and adorned with living gems, she speaks in silence and commands through presence alone.
Legends say her voice can bend tree trunks, wilt steel, or call the breath back into dying land. Others believe her to be the forest’s vengeance in flesh — a goddess of balance and wrath.
Those who dare trespass into her realm do not find death.
They find judgment — old as stone, swift as a falling leaf.

“They are not ghosts of the dead — but of the never-born.”
Essence
Echoshadows are the fragmented spirits of what a person could have become but never did. Born in the Eidolight Reach from overwhelming exposure to unrealized potential, they drift like half-formed thoughts, whispering what-ifs and lost paths. Each one mirrors a possible version of someone — often those still alive — but hollowed, incomplete, and yearning.
Appearance
Shifting humanoid silhouettes made of shimmering light and flickering shadow.
Faces are indistinct or unnervingly similar to their original selves, but warped by longing.
Move with ghostlike grace, trailing after travelers in near silence.
Sometimes flicker through multiple versions of the same form — child, elder, forgotten hero.
Behavior
Rarely speak, but when they do, their voices echo with conflicting timelines.
Drawn to those burdened by regret or haunted by unfulfilled purpose.
Can guide, deceive, or reflect — their intent is never fixed.

In the heart of an ancient, mist-shrouded forest stands a mysterious and regal figure. Her eyes glow with a supernatural green energy — piercing, like emeralds holding centuries of secrets. She wears a hand-forged gothic black armor, richly adorned with esoteric symbols, golden accents, and living vines. Long strands of platinum-blonde hair cascade over her shoulders, partially covered in ivy and moss, as if nature itself were her ally.
Her crown, tall and intricate like the spires of a cursed kingdom, is adorned with a large green gemstone — the presumed source of her power. Her claw-like gloves resemble living roots more than metal — she is no ordinary ruler, but an ancient guardian of the wild. Everything about her radiates power, mysticism, and dangerous beauty.

“It is not a vessel. It is the wound she drags across the stars.”
Forged from the fractured remains of collapsed timelines, Nyrrh-Zhaloth drifts like a bleeding scar through the void. Its colossal hull is clad in jagged obsidian armor, spined with gothic towers and psionic antennae that sing in dead frequencies. Glowing with violet and blue warlight, the ship pulses like a neural engine — alive, aware, and vengeful.
Its forward arrays can erase fleets from causality, not merely destroy them. The sides bristle with biomechanical weaponry and hull-born organisms bred for war. At its core, an entropy reactor powers the ship through time-space ruptures, allowing it to blink across stellar systems without leaving a trace — only ruin.
It is not escorted. It escorts war itself.

A skeletal, monstrous creature the size of a kobold crouches low in a ruined dungeon of black stone and scattered bones. Its bones are gnarled and wet with rot, its claws like razors scraping the cracked floor. Glowing, molten-orange eyes burn from deep sockets, locking onto its prey with terrifying focus. From twisted, branch-like horns atop its head, twin streams of magical lightning surge upward — one crackling blue, the other molten gold — illuminating the cavern in violent flashes of arcane energy.
Its jaw gapes, revealing a row of massive, yellowed fangs glistening with magical saliva. Sparks dance across its skeletal ribcage and shoulders, each pulse igniting ancient runes carved into its skin. The Scrawl trembles, not with fear, but with thrumming, unstable power — the very dungeon stones quiver beneath it. In the air around it, faint voices echo

Santa Monica Pier
November 15th, 2012
Santa Monica, CA
Finalized in December of 2012, the City of Santa Monica funded the LEDs project with a $668,000 Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant (EECBG) award from the US Department of Energy. For the project, LEDtronics provided:
-LED Light Bulbs, S14 Style for the Looff Hippodrome.
-LED Post Top Lights in a pendant style with mogul-base fixtures for the outdoor, rest area.
-LED Post Top Pendant Lights for the Santa Monica Pier Boardwalk.
-LED A19-Style Bulbs were used in the hard-to-reach, beacon light fixtures around the Pier's perimeter.
"The old, fluorescent lights on the Pier burned out, left gaps in the lighting and were in a difficult area to maintain," states Matt Henigan, City of Santa Monica, Office of Sustainability and the Environment, Energy Efficiency Engineer. "With the new LED lamps in place, maintenance is minimal, and we have already reduced energy consumption by over 30%. And because the LED lighting is directional, it improves safety and enhances the Pier's appearance without causing light pollution for local residents."

"She does not command dragons. She is what dragons aspire to be."
Clad in molten emerald and hammered gold, Vaelmyra Sythrel rules from the throne of Obsidian Flame, where lesser queens kneel and fire dares not flicker without her will. Her skin is scale and starlight — patterned with ancient draconic script that glows with volcanic pulse. Her horns rise like thrones themselves, crowned in battle-forged elegance.
She is the Scaled Sovereign — the embodiment of dragonkind’s authority given humanoid grace. Where she walks, ashes remember. Where she gazes, hearts falter. Her armor is alive with enchantments and heat, layered with ceremonial plates etched in wyrmsteel and trimmed in molten inlays. Each gesture is a decree; each breath, a judgment.
The world once feared dragons.

"To speak their name is to undo their absence. But by then, it may already be too late."
Essence
The Veilhusk are the hollow remains of those who have been forgotten by both others and themselves. They do not die. They unravel. With no names, no memories, and no tether to identity, they drift through the Hollow Veil like unfinished thoughts. Their presence is mournful, yet eerily passive — a quiet warning of what forgetting truly becomes.
Appearance
Empty silhouettes, translucent and wavering, like heat ripples in cold mist.
Their forms vaguely resemble who they once were, but distorted — faces half-formed, clothes frozen mid-motion.
Where their hearts should be: a soft, flickering light that dims with proximity to recognition.
Trails of silence follow them; their footfalls leave no mark, their presence erases sound.
Behavior
They do not seek attention. In fact, they retreat from recognition.
If you begin to remember one — even vaguely — they shimmer, destabilize, and vanish.
Some hover near memory-rich sites, drawn instinctively to echoes of what they might have been.
They never speak, but sometimes gesture — as if grasping at thoughts that no longer exist.
Abilities
Unpresence: Veilhusk cannot be perceived directly unless you forget something else in exchange.
Nulltrail: Their passage scrubs minor memories — a name, a word, a face — from nearby minds.
Name Collapse: If their true name is spoken aloud, they disappear instantly — and a fragment of the speaker’s identity vanishes with them.
Symbolism
Veilhusk are the embodiment of passive forgetting.
They do not punish — they remind.
To remember them is to risk erasing part of yourself in return.

Echo’s Cradle is a sunken amphitheater of bone and blackglass, hidden beneath the Spiral Library in the Realm of the Shadow Echoes. It is a place where doubt coalesces into form — where silent screams, forgotten regrets, and unspoken fears are gestated into living echo-entities known as Whispermires.
Environment:
The ground is composed of fused ribs and jawbones, forming a cradle-like depression.
A canopy of smoke hangs like a frozen wave overhead, motionless until someone speaks.
At the center lies the Stillheart Flame — a black, non-burning fire that hums with held-back cries.
Mist-pools cradle shadow-eggs: opaque, trembling spheres that pulse with near-formed voices.
Memorylight drips from the ceiling like soft rain, illuminating only things not looked at directly.
Mystical Properties:
Silencefield: No true sound may be made here. Only internal thoughts echo aloud.
Birth of the Whispered: When enough fear and self-denial accumulates, a new Whispermire sheds from the smoke.
Uncried Tears: Pools of vapor where one may glimpse the regret they refused to feel.
Purpose in the Veil:
This is not a prison, but a nursery of emotional consequence. It is where echoes are not born — but remembered into being. Only those who have truly silenced themselves can find it.
Guardian Entity:
The Cradle-Watcher: A massive, seated Whispermire-like figure with a veil of ossified tears. It never moves. It only listens. If it ever speaks, all Whispermires in the realm will fall silent.
Anchor Quote:
"Every silence has a shape. Every scream withheld finds its cradle."

In a city where arcane frequencies bleed into digital code, he walks — not as man, not as machine, but as a convergence. The Hexborn Parallax, a being born from a forbidden alignment of cosmic mathematics and lost AI sorcery, channels energy older than time through circuits written in runes, not code.
Shrouded in a deep, torn cloak of shimmering indigo and powered by a luminous sigil embedded in his chest — a geometric glyph that pulses with dimensional resonance — he is a harbinger of paradox and prophecy. Purple lightning flickers across his fingertips as he moves through the neon fog of the megacity, warping signals and silence alike. Around him, buildings hum in low frequency; reality distorts in brief, glitched frames.
He is not here to fight. He is here to correct what never should have been written — the fracture in the timeline, the echo that built a world too loud to hear the truth anymore.

Phase 1 – The Disintegration
“The chamber seals. Flesh unravels. Thought persists. Panic rises.”
Visual: The man, caught mid-transformation, begins to fracture as energy floods his body. A crucible of fear and atomic chaos.
🔹 Phase 2 – The Fractured Self
“Identity flickers. Pain becomes electricity. The soul crackles in isolation.”
Visual: Suspended in a storm of light, torn between body and oblivion. A being unmade.
🔹 Phase 3 – The Reconstitution
“The mind reassembles. Power obeys. Silence follows the scream.”
Visual: Lightning flows into him now. No longer consumed — he commands it.
🔹 Phase 4 – Ascendance
“I feel fear for the last time.”
Visual: A luminous figure, radiant and eternal, stands in cosmic stillness. Not reborn — remade.

Commander Rytha’Kor Vesh is a member of the Sarrhath Dominion, a hyper-advanced reptilian species known for blending genetic lineage with biomechanical evolution. His skin, patterned with dense scale armor and electro-reactive plating, pulses faintly with bio-data as his neural interface links him directly to the ship’s systems. The green glow in his eyes isn’t just natural — it’s filtered data, processed in real time through lens-core implants embedded deep in his ocular structure.
Behind him, the tactical bridge of the Dominion warship Krel'Varn hums with alien intelligence. Every display feeds into his consciousness — enemy fleet vectors, gravitational anomalies, shield harmonics, and the dreams of dying stars. Vesh commands not from instinct, but through pure calculated vision — a strategist whose blood carries millennia of genetic memory from conquerors, prophets, and scientists.
The spines along his head are not decorative. They are sensory conduits, tuned to shifts in EM radiation, subspace anomalies, and atmospheric changes. When they rise, entire crews hold their breath.
He does not raise his voice. He doesn’t need to.

Introducing The Hollow Veil
The Hollow Veil is a dark, surreal world — suspended between life, death, and dream.
It is a place where forgotten memories shape the landscape, where broken ambitions and regrets breathe new, haunting forms into reality.
In the Hollow Veil:
Time fractures.
Reality melts.
Nothing truly dies — it only waits to be remembered... or forgotten.
Travelers through the Veil find themselves lost in mist-shrouded ruins, sorrowful swamps, and shattered kingdoms.
Creatures born from fear, guilt, and shattered reflections stalk the mists, feeding on memory and identity.
The Hollow Veil is not a single story —
every contribution, every tale, every creation becomes an alternate reality within it:
a fractured echo, a forgotten dream, or a diverging fate.
It’s a world that grows not with power, but with memory and imagination —
where even the smallest whisper can spawn a new world within the mist.
"In the Hollow Veil, even reality fractures. Every memory is a world."

Abigail Williams was one of the key accusers during the Salem witch trials in colonial Massachusetts. At around 11 years old, she was the niece of Reverend Samuel Parris, and along with her cousin Betty Parris, she was among the first to exhibit the strange behaviors that sparked the widespread panic and accusations of witchcraft.
She played a central role in accusing dozens of people of witchcraft, many of whom were imprisoned or executed. While historians debate her motivations, she is often viewed as a symbol of mass hysteria, false accusations, and the dangerous power of manipulated belief.

He carries seedpods filled with curses, strung around his neck like trophies. His fingers? Grown from root-claws and spider leg bones. His laughter? Dry, cracking, and heard mostly when you’re alone in the woods.
He is not the forest’s guardian.
He is its regret.

Essence:
The Amaranth Kitsune are a rare lineage of multi-tailed spirit-foxes woven from flame and forgotten memory. Their existence predates even the earliest echoes of the Hollow Veil. Each is born under a different moonlight phase, and their tails burn with spectral flame that feeds not on fuel, but on unspoken truths.
These beings are not merely wise or magical — they are living memoryfires, preserving what others tried to forget. Their presence is both blessing and danger: one does not approach them without risking revelation.
Notable Traits:
Tails range from one to nine, each gained by enduring and embodying a significant soul-trial.
Their eyes shimmer with mirrored constellations.
Voice echoes like layered memory: you hear them in your own thoughts.
Can dissolve into mist or flame at will.
Roles within the Veil:
Guardians of memory sanctums hidden within the Twilight Fissure.
Mentors to Mistwisps and Whisperpaws.
Judges of memory-bound crimes, especially oathbreaking and emotional betrayal.
Known Individuals:
Paxol Neosunto Lynxa Tozifaki – The Memoryfire Matriarch (9-tailed), an ancient kitsune who can breathe forgotten lives back into bloom.
Abilities:
Soulflare: Unleashes radiant memoryfire to illuminate or scorch.
Verdant Tongue: Speaks directly to your forgotten self.
Flameweave: Binds fractured memories into protective veils or illusions.
Flickerform: Shifts across echo-locations in pulses of starlight.
Cultural Lore:
Legends say Amaranth Kitsune are the final form of those who have remembered enough to transcend sorrow. Others believe they are dream-gods who chose to fall — to remind the Veil how to feel. Their dens are made of braided mist and soft glowing bone, and they often sing lullabies made of grief.
“They do not burn what was. They tend the fire of what still flickers.”

"We do not carry fire. We are what it becomes when it learns to feel."
She stepped forth from the Stellar Crucible not as weapon, but as witness. Born not of flesh, but forged in the voice of a dying star — her body sings in echoes of radiant code. Where others pulse with circuits, she burns with purpose.
Her core — the Emberlight — is no engine. It is a heart encoded in solar scripture, beating with the rhythm of a hundred vanished suns. From her chest flows the warmth of forgotten days, a sacred flame veined in gold, illuminating the silence around her.
She is not guardian. She is gospel.
A hymn shaped like a woman.
The promise that light, even in exile, remembers how to rise.

Beneath the golden chandeliers of the Grand Aether Hall, where light itself bends in reverence, she stands — not simply as sorceress, but as sovereign of spellcraft.
Adorned in a corset of blackened brass and velvet, lined with intricate arcane gears and symbol-etched plates, Lady Altheria Volundrix commands the currents of knowledge and power. Her mechanical gauntlets hum with dormant force, and her gown, layered with precision-forged elegance, sways like an incantation in motion.
In her gloved hand, the Chrono-Scepter — part clockwork, part celestial focus — glows with inner illumination. Pages of ancient schematics spiral through the air, orbiting her will. Her gaze is calm, sovereign, and absolute.
This is not the chaos of magic. This is its ascension.

Inspired by Book 1 Dragonwing from The Death Gate Cycle
Born in torment and tempered by centuries of suffering, he walks the ruins of a world once forged by Sartan hands. The molten light of ancient runes burns behind him — remnants of a forgotten design twisted by neglect and time. His blackened cloak whispers of a thousand battles survived in the Labyrinth's ever-shifting maze, where stone bled and the very air hungered. Now free, he carries the scars of a prison meant to reform but only sharpened. A being of raw will and seething purpose, he stands on the threshold of vengeance and destiny, a harbinger of a reckoning long delayed.
