An event which was filled with so much joy and emotions is a blessing to capture.. The Wedding & Homecoming of Kumdu & Shashika was one of them. The support given by the wonderful couple and friends made the session go smooth...

the quilt I made for my baby boy. Log cabin pattern and then a small pieced border and apliqued stars. All hand quilted.

I like how sunflowers look so i decided to use one as my fill the frame

Sitting in my chair I look out over Eureka Valley. The sliver of a moon

hangs in its final moments of glory before the sun takes over. The sky glows

in the East, a hint of what's to come. As I sip my coffee a blaze of light

fills everything and from behind the hill I see the sun rise on a new day.

And everything is fresh. And everything is alright.

I was amused to see these old cars here. They were apparently used as fill when the road was being built.
