"My life is part humor, part roses, part thorns... "

… and closer to the training pen. This look is very familiar to anyone who has horses. We see a beautiful morning fresh with new possibilities to up our horsemanship game, and our equine bestie sees his friends loafing around in the pasture and grieves the ever increasing distance between his destination and his oats! Not to worry, Roanie, I foresee carrots in your very near future!

Happy Friday, everyone! Wishing you happy trails and a weekend filled with all of the things you love the most! ♥

Special thanks to Jenny for posing ! 😄

I was searching my photo library and I found some delicious images from years ago.

I used to make these chocolate cups at work and at home,

It is filled with Mocha moose, topped with Chantilly cream and a crispy cream filled pirouette.

A warbler that looks like a thrush with its long legs and long body. Brown above with a white eyebrow stripe that is wider at the rear. Louisiana Waterthrush are almost always seen near fast-flowing forested streams or creeks.

They methodically bob their rear ends as they forage.

Thanks to all who take the time to view, comment on and favor my images. It is very much appreciated.

So happy to take this pictures of these little ones at Rickmansworth

Best viewed large. Many thanks for your visits, faves and comments. Have a great week!!

This mesmerizing view from the city of Taif, located approximately 2000 meter above sea level. The city is blessed with beautiful mountain valley view enhancing the beauty of the landscape. The mountains here are solid rocky and the climate is pleasant throughout the year.

The visit was planned to take this photo but when the camera was ready to take photo the atmosphere got filled with beautiful white foggy clouds and nothing was visible after 5 meter of distance. It was disheartening and disappointing but later in night the sky got clear for very small period of time and this photo was taken.

Photography needs patience and patience gives you good result.

Hard roads and endless lines flow through his veins

Cold steel and hot fuel injected 's the dream that fills his brain

But no, not slow, the speed fever grows

He rides, he sees, he knows

You've got to ride to live, live to ride

Feel the flames burn inside

And though you know, you ride to hide

You ride to live to ride

Life's short and goes too fast, most pages burn

Don't wait, the end's too near, some people never learn

You all won't fall, the road fever calls

So run or fly, don't crawl

You've got to ride to live, live to ride

HTT!

A pot of filled primroses, this is where the one flower came from I took with the short pencils.

With a dearth of outings these last few months and, to be candid, a lack of snapping motivation, I'm at least getting some pleasure from reworking old stuff into more presentable offerings courtesy of much better software and only moderately improved processing skills.

This one was taken almost seven years ago at Tunstead Quarry and features Freightliner Shed 66614 slowly running its train through Lafarge Tarmac's cement loading tower. With almost no human presence visible (save for the driver), it's hard not to be in awe of the scale and dominance of the complex from this angle.

The train would eventually depart as the 12.35pm Tunstead - West Thurrock (6L89).

On a positive note the camera batteries were recharged last week after six months of idleness, so maybe a new outing just might be on the cards .... or not.

Para Macro Mondays.

~~HMM~~~

A day off today so a wander down to the beach for sunrise which was around 40 minuets late by the time the cloud briefly rolled back. Quite a swell running this morning and yes I did get caught out too

The theme for Macro Mondays is fill the frame.

=The image is just under 2.5 in. on the long edge.

I only have one type of flower flowering this time of a year- a hyacinth. HMM
