Had to head into Panama City on Sunday to get Cayenne's foot X-rayed. It was a quick in, quick out as it was hot and we wouldn't leave him in the car to run any errands.
Second trip into the city this week necessitated a fill up on the way home.
This Texaco station is my default stop as they always have an attendant and their credit card machine never rejects the magnetic strip on my card. That happens fairly often here and I carry two identical cards and one of them will usually go thru.
As we were getting gas this bike came roaring into the station. No idea what kind of bike this is but I grabbed my camera and snapped away. Thus MDPD entry for today.
Standing in the flooded plains of east Holland... Fill flashing myself from my soaked tripod, this shoot was lots of fun! :)
Created with Flood filter in Photoshop, and some fill flash photography late in the evening.
Same as with the previous one, Im not totally happy with it yet. Im not standing enough in the water I find. I wanted to make myself stand more in the water, and not sortof behind it.

Carson Caruthers // 9 // Union // Soccer // JV // #6 // "My favorite memory from playing soccer was when we beat skyview 5-3. That was the game we were all really wanting to win and we did! My coach was so proud in the ed and so was my team."
Day 4 of the YSEALI Academy's Unconference on Impact Entrepreneurship was filled with empowering sessions and thought-provoking discussions. Let's dive into the highlights of the day:

Throughout the session, our fellows are guided in the concept of 'the effectual ask' and focus on the role of assumptions in bringing people to the negotiation table. They also explored the assumptions about others' motivations and how these assumptions can impact their ability to initiate negotiations, addressing potential barriers to effective communication.

What I like about this photo is because it’s my dog Bella and she always is a good model to use for a doggie. What I dislike about it is it could of showed more light in it.
A Canon Speedlite placed on a light stand underneath the utility pole and pointed straight up managed to give enough fill light at dusk to illuminate these ceramic insulators.
90M2 were abandoned, all filled with sugar cane.
There were 5 levels. It was 1 at the top. 3 have been smoothed and the last one is being worked on to become a garden.

Eram 5 patamares. Ficou 1 no topo. 3 foram alisados e o último está a ser trabalhado para se transformar num jardim

This little elephant is neatly sewn from childfriendly German Öko-Tex-Standard Westfalenstoffe. Its body is filled with Lavender. To give it the real shape we used polyfill for trunk, head, tale and legs.
It stands on his four legs :) and makes a great toy for children. (We can make it embroided eyes as well. The one shown here is having beads as eyes.)
Usable as a great object as well. The lavender should help you keeping your closet free of moth.
