Filet mignon with provolone, sauteed mushrooms, and carmelized onions, alfredo bow ties, broccoli, and green beans.
I opened up a whole tenderloin and sliced it & sat the pieces in the sink so all the blood could drain out. I lightly seasoned the steaks then cooked them on the grill at medium flame until the internal temp was about 150° then let them sit for about 10 minutes so the juices would redistribute. We could cut them with a butter knife, and some pieces with a fork!
