Moon Phase: December 08, 2022
On this day the Moon was in a Full Moon phase. The Moon will be visible throughout the night sky rising at sunset in the east and setting with the sunrise the next morning in the west. During a Full Moon the moon is 100% illuminated as seen from Earth and is on the opposite side of the Earth from the Sun. Moongiant
I use these battery powered Xmas lights all year round, they are great to create a few bokeh bubbles behind subjects and also cast some great shadows!

I'm sorry, I took the picture a year ago. I am currently very busy, so I have little or no time to take pictures.

Theme : "Festive Lighting" - December 17, 2021.

Merry Christmas Everybody
For 'Looking Close on Friday' the theme is: Festive Lighting. This is just a little string of lights in a small jar.

Somehow Christmas wouldn't be the same without candlelight ...
Have a happy weekend, and stay safe during the festivities!

Oh oh! Looks like Crumbs (my family's Elf friend) has found himself in a bit of a festive tangle!
My kids have outgrown our Elf friend (but I haven't!) He still makes an appearance every December 1st and stays until the decorations get taken down. He now sits in our Christmas tree everyday rather than be moved around the house and getting into mischief. (Which was exhausting, by the way!! lol)
Thanks so much for your views, comments and faves!
Happy Looking Close on Friday!
