FedEx aircraft maintenance practices de-ice/anti-ice, on Taxiway Alpha, in preparation for the upcoming winter season. This was one of two 727's built for Ozark Air Lines in 1979. The aircraft were never taken up and were sold to PanAm. N721ZK & N362PA was this tri-jet's previous registrations.

Here it is outside of FedEx Hangar 12 for a pre-service check before flying to get fresh paint. It only flew in the purple for three years before being stored at Victorville in 2009.

A newly converted freighter version of the A310 that started life with Pan Am in 1987 is seen being pulled out of FedEx Maintenance Hangar 12 at MEM.
Operating as flight FDX 311 an MD-11 is on final approach to Oakland after its flight from Memphis. As of May of 2023 this aircraft is stored in Victorville, California awaiting the scrappers torch.
