Jetzt reicht es heim! Unschwer zu sehen, daß hier nicht mehr viel geht. In den Bergen standen noch Wolken, und ich hatte die Hoffnung, den Flugweg noch etwas in die Berge verlängern zu können. Leider hat aber der Einstieg nicht mehr geklappt, nachdem der Versuch den Hausbart im Lee der Hochplatte zu zu nutzen mangels Höhe nicht gelang. Hier stand noch eine Wolke, und mit 200 Meter mehr hätte es wohl geklappt. Zu einem neuen Anlauf über den Hang hatte ich keine rechte Lust mehr, und vermutlich war das auch nicht sehr ausssichtsreich.

Kwestie formalne, takie jak przygotowanie i podpisanie dokumentów, podanie haseł dostępowych, spotkania z najważniejszymi osobami w firmie, oprowadzenie po biurze, opowiedzenie o firmie, zapoznanie z innymi pracownikami są oczywistością, jakże często pomijaną w wielu przedsiębiorstwach. Warto dokładnie przemyśleć te kroki; opracować plan pierwszego dnia pracy.
Pierwsze wrażenie jest kluczowe.
Shadowing
W tym przypadku nowozatrudniona osoba obserwuje metody działania doświadczonego pracownika z zespołu. Jest obecna przy realizacji większości zadań niczym „cień”. Uczy się w ten sposób jak pracować w firmie. Dowiaduje się jak przedsiębiorstwo funkcjonuje.
„Shadowing” nie kończy się wraz z takim kilkutygodniowym wdrożeniem.
Następnie, przez ustalony czas, role się odwracają i to doświadczony pracownik obserwuje nowicjusza. W ten sposób dość szybko uzyskujemy samodzielnego i efektywnego pracownika.
Buddy
Inną metodą jest tzw. „buddy” czyli przydzielenie firmowego „kumpla”. Nie musi to być specjalista z tego samego działu, a dowolny pracownik, najlepiej z dużym stażem pracy, wysoką motywacją i satysfakcją zawodową.
Pozwoli on zaaklimatyzować się nowicjuszowi, zaprosi na wspólną, kawę, lunch, spotkanie z innymi pracownikami. Ważne by ta osoba chciała podjąć się tej roli, a nie została „na sztywno” wyznaczona. Zmniejszy to z pewnością stres u nowego pracownika, sprawi, że będzie on bardziej wydajny, będzie popełniał mniej błędów, a także, być może, nawiąże on trwałe, przyjazne relacje z innymi pracownikami.
Warto, bo firma zyskuje
Dobrze przeprowadzony onboarding może przyczynić się do tego, że zrekrutowani pracownicy odwdzięczą się wydajniejszą pracą, świetnymi wynikami i lepszym zaangażowaniem.
Strategie onboardingowe są bardzo popularne na Zachodzie. Jak wynika z raportów SHRM*, w USA realizuje je 80% firm.
W Polsce onboarding wciąż jest postrzegany jako egzotyka, którą z reguły wprowadzają tylko duże firmy.
Stanowi to zasadniczy błąd strategiczny, mający negatwny wpływ na efektywność pracy i w konsekwencji na osiągane przez firmę wyniki finansowe.
