I found this set in Burlington for $20. I just saw this in Target for almost $60.

This was a fast fix.

First, get the water boiling and get the pasta going according to the box directions. I like spirals and other "texture" pastas so it will hold the sauce on better.

For the sauce, dump all these in a blender and puree:

1/2 cup olive oil

2 clove garlic

1/2 tsp salt

3/4 cup chopped walnuts

1 bunch flat leaf parsley

pepper to taste

When the pasta is done and drained, you just stir the pesto in.

I liked it as a nice change from basil pesto, Julia (5 yrs old) did not care for it, and Paul hasn't tried it yet.
