Decided to take a break from the cycling, have a snack and a drink then began walking with our bikes when out popped this beautiful Fallow deer. There were a few crab apples on the ground and she was more interested in the apples and didn't see us for a few minutes....she picked up the one on the ground, you can just see it....then gone!

I didn't get the chance to change the lens on my camera...this was taken with a macro lens.

Whilst hiding in the hedgerow yesterday morning looking out for hares, we noticed a Fallow Buck in the distance. We managed to creep closer along the hedgerow and then this beautiful stag appeared out of the woods. He stayed for a few seconds and then they disappeared back into the woods.
