Fall touches Odenton MD

Falling Springs located on Hwy 19 south of Winona, MO.

I'm falling in the black

Slipping through the cracks

Falling to the depths

Can I ever go back?

Dreaming of the way it used to be

Can you hear me?

Falling in the black

Slipping through the cracks

Falling to the depths

Can I ever go back?

Falling inside the black

I love fall .. LOVE. Love love love love love love love love. So much. Yes.

:-)

I went on a mini photo adventure over lunch (partly because I still haven't taken any fall pictures and also because it's my last day with my camera), and I got so many strange looks and people stopping... Have you never seen a camera? Or a girl all giddy over the colorful leaves holding one? :))

I guess this counts as a second HBW. (I could easily make it 200; I was a bit snap-happy.) Who could resist these leaves?

Looking forward to all the great fall colors and my 50mm f/1.4.

Originally made for the 2014 MocOlympics TFOL Fatal Four-Way. I'm now entering this into Beautiful Lego 3. The moc is meant to be some sort of Fall altar, with a picture of a leaf, a pumpkin, a corncob and an apple all placed in front of a wall on a wooden tray.

Yesterday Lori and I took a drive north of Two Rivers, Wisconsin to check out foliage and hike the hills and swales. It was a perfect Fall outing.

Falling Foss is a waterfall that lies in the north-east section of The North York Moors National Park.

It is 67 feet (20 m) in height

The lake was already a motif in one of my previous works (Misty morning). It was another early visit before sunrise this time - with fog crawling over the water and heading down into the valley. The two golden birches and their reflections in the water caught my eye.

Change of color.

The gate colored by red, an orange, yellow gradation is good

Looks like Fall (Autumn) is fast approaching. I am not looking forward to the snow. One parting shot of the Athabasca Falls before it turns into a trickle in Jasper National Park, Alberta.

Here in southern California, we're having fall for the first time in 10 years or so. Yes, yes, it's the middle of January and everyone everywhere else is already over it but for us, it's a nice variation.

Here we are--the first day of Fall, 2020! The past several days, the temps have been cooling nicely during the night hours & the days have been cooler as well. We are just starting to see color change in the trees. When I go for walks, except for the goldenrod & aster, I am seeing more seeds & berries than flowers. Yes, the seasons are changing, but, here at home, COVID still rules my life. I did manage masked visits with friends the past two days, but these are only the 3rd & 4th contact I've had, in person, with anyone other than family in the past 6 months! As we transition into fall & then winter, I wonder what my daily life will be? For now, though, I am continuing to find beauty in each day. May I always have eyes to do so!

Fall, is my favorite time of the year. Unfortunately a serious illness has been keeping me from my passion. After months of deteriorating health, and testing, I believe they may finally have an answer for me. A long recovery, is in my future. But the word recovery is a godsend. My hands are shakey right now, so commenting is most diffucult. But the beauty of your wonderful work is better than all the medicine

they have me on now. So many talented artists....I long for the day when I can resume

my passion and share.

More of the wonderful fall watercolors at the unknown state park in Litchfield County, Connecticut. Wish I could remember which park it was. I'd like to go back and see what the colors look like this year.
