I had never been to the Mattress Factory [Art Museum], where a HS friend now works, but have wanted to go for many, many years. I was reading about their exhibit "Nothing is impossible" and getting ready when, five minutes before leaving, I got a horrible migraine w/aura. Greaaaaaat. Short nap, was no longer blinded, just in pain...perfect day to go to a museum w/lots of lights, sounds, 3-D-glasses-wearing-opportuntities, film clips etc. Ha. Nothing is impossible, indeed...

Had a wonderful time despite my "Migraine at the Mattress Factory."

I am not sure if anyone works for this factory. Chichibu, Saitama, Japan

A left over from when this place was used as a garment manufacturer in the 60s and 70s.

Salfords, Surrey, and the (probable!) location of EVB plastics in the 1950s- they produced a range of plastic goods and toys, mostly sold under the trade name BEEJU. They existed in 1948 but had gone by 1959, the address is vague, but somewhere along this road- and the building was definately green, so this is the best candidate- unless anyone else knows better!

I thought all of the factories at 798 that are not now galleries had closed down... apparently not!
