I took a day trip to the Delaware Water Gap and every waterfall I wanted to visit was closed due to the recent Nor'easter storm (;-(..... so I walked through the woods for awhile and found some nice lit areas. I loved how the forest floor had all of these glumps of moss just growing out of nowhere. I added a little orton effect to soften the scene.

A five shot focus stack, this is a small wooded area more like a bog at the moment that I have not been to before, at the time I wondered why I had not explored it before but my hunch was right, it was somewhat too over grown and dense to get through let alone trying to stay upright and not slide downhill into a barbed wire fence.

I was looking for another composition around the stump but with every step I took there was something lurking in the undergrowth catching hold of my legs to trip me and brambles tearing at my coat trying to detain me there, so that is it, a bit of a messy composition but if you don`t go for it you don`t know .
