Panorama of the Milky Way in a typical forest in thuringia. Beautiful Airglow at the right side of the sky and last parts of the blue hour at the left side can be seen. Fog and grass are visible in the foreground.

Forest view from Luukki, Espoo. Taken early in the morning on 2 August 2016

It is impossible to pass into this section of the forest at the moment - as you can see the brambles grow high here. The deer and wildlife manage somehow and you can see their vague trails. I didn't see any when I was there however.

The pine is the dominant tree of my region present in most forested areas. The plantation has begun for many years and for economic reasons, especially for timber and resin used as raw material for diverse products. The pines are also dangerous, because they drop needle-shaped leaves covering the ground with a "carpet" of leaves (as seen in the photo), which are very flammable and one of the main reasons of fires in the region.
