Riverbend Ensemble will present a unique event where art and music combine - string quartet music by Australian composers Thomas Green, Rachel Merton, Elena Kats-Chernin, Robert Davidson and Corrinna Bonshek will be accompanied by nine artists painting live in response to the music. Audience members will be invited to move around and observe the event, which is a relaxed Friday evening vibe at Corinda Bowls Club, 58 Hall Avenue, Corinda.

The second exhibition for my May series on Oxford Artweeks is Jill Green's "One Unholy Journey". For this Jill transformed the ground floor of her suburban house into an art inatallation based on 12 years work for peace in Palestine.
The central thread of the exhibition is a series of 100 olive tree paintings which are used as a trail to lead you through the house.
