A portion of the carved doors to La Sagrada Familia. Every aspect of the building has incredible detail, all prescribed and described by Gaudi, the doors are no exception. The Basilica's construction started in 1882, and is projected to finish in 2026 (optimistically).
So now you know where you'll be in 2026.
The gold square, is in fact, a magic number square with each row, column and diagonal adding up to 33. The same square appears repeatedly in the Basilica on carvings and engravings. Nobody knows why 33. Age of Christ when he died? Highest level of Freemasonry, of which Gaudi was one?
self-portrait
Is this a lie?
You standing there
Acting so alive
I didn't go
I didn't go with you
You were not the truth
I knew ...

Bartolomeo and Jacopino da Reggio (mid-14th century) - Triptych-reliquary with Crucifixion, Annunciation and thirty saints (1365) - dimensions 67 x 92 cm - Milan, Pinacoteca of Brera
The work, found by chance in a farmhouse in the Parma hills, arrived in the Pinacoteca in 1889 as a legacy of the collector Luciano D’Aragona. It is a reliquary triptych in which, in the circular cavities that surmount the compartments, relics, now lost, of the saints depicted below were certainly to be preserved. The work bears under the Crucifix in Gothic characters the signature of the two authors, Bartolomeo and Jacopino da Reggio, and clearly shows how the figurative culture between Reggio Emilia and Piacenza around the middle of the fourteenth century was very different from that of the contemporary Florentine painting. The scene of the Crucifixion, in particular, due to its expressive vivacity and narrative taste suggests the existence of links between the authors of the reliquary and the masters of the Bolognese school of the second fourteenth century.

After all the years I have photographed flowers, and especially Tulips.
Started to read them.
Saw their emotions.
With my imagination easy peasy.
I even seem to humanize some!
They can be sad, happy, surprised... you name it, just like people.
Please, forgive the artist in me and just enjoy with a smile? LOLOLOL.
Have a wonderful day, filled with love and thank you for your visit, M, (*_*)

These three images show the effect of changing light colours at sunrise. You are only aware that there will be a coloured highlight but it cannot be seen by the eye as it is an instantaneous flash of light as the wave breaks.
