We are back to Winter conditions with big seas but coupled with Summer offshore winds. I usually shoot these at high speed but decided to try slow panning.

After all the years I have photographed flowers, and especially Tulips.

Started to read them.

Saw their emotions.

With my imagination easy peasy.

I even seem to humanise some!

They can be sad, happy, in love, surprised... you name it, just like people.

Please, forgive the artist in me and just enjoy with a smile? LOLOLOL.

These are a 'specialty' Tulip, with pointed petals, when they open completely, they look like stars... superstars, with the odd green bit grown in.

To me: quirky=interesting=special.

Have a wonderful day, filled with love and thank you for your visit, M, (*_*)

"Night is now falling

So ends this day

The road is now calling

And I must away

Over hill and under tree

Through lands where never light has shone

By silver streams that run down to the sea

Under cloud, beneath the stars

Over snow one winter's morn

I turn at last to paths that lead home"

Having been looking at the possibilities of simple composites of my slow pan images. Here are a couple.

The boy from the fishing village of Uroor Olcott Kuppam was playing with his friend on a boat. On seeing the camera he acted out various expressions.

Panned at 1/40 sec. Here I purposely panned faster than the birds were moving.

When I entered my beloved Animal Park that sunny day, the Paradisiacal Pairi-Daiza that I was talking to you in my 2 previous photos, I was so happy to see this adorable guy, flying free over my head, around the trees, till he landed in front of me , where you see him!

Fearless , theatrical, and full of humorous attitude, he was posing for us, the visitors… I think , he was completely aware of his glamour, magnetism, and unbelievable, magnificent, natural Beauty!!!

The American black bear (Ursus americanus) are extremely adaptable and show a great variation in habitat types, though they are primarily found in forested areas with thick ground cover and an abundance of fruits, nuts and vegetation. In the northern areas, they can be found in the tundra, and they will sometimes forage in fields or meadows. Despite their name, black bears show a great deal of color variation. Individual coat colors can range from white, blond, cinnamon, or light brown to dark chocolate brown or to jet black, with many intermediate variations existing. Approximately 70% of all black bears are black. Morris Michtom, the creator of the teddy bear, was inspired to make the toy when he came across a cartoon of Theodore Roosevelt refusing to shoot a black bear cub tied to a tree.

From Sep 2020. Quia has such expressive eyes. This was when there were wildfires all around LA and the Bobcat fire was still raging in the Angeles Forest. The sky had turned a muted orange or grey depending on the time of day and you could smell the smoke.
