I don't really follow modern traction but I think these sets are very eye-catching.
Macatawa Area Express (MAX) buses leave the transfer point near the Amtrak Station. That the buses are marked "Out of Service" means it was the end of the service day.

Nach Inbetriebnahme der NBS Mannheim-Stuttgart konnte der Lufthansa-Airport-Express (LAE) von Frankfurt nach Stuttgart deutlich beschleunigt werden. Dafür waren aber druckertüchtigte Reisezugwagen und eine entsprechende Schnellfahrlokomotive erforderlich. Also wurde die bislang planmäßig eingesetzte 111.049 durch die 103.101 ersetzt, die ebenfalls den "Lufthansa"-Anstrich erhielt.
Hier erreicht 103.101 mit LAE 1024 den Stuttgarter Hauptbahnhof und wird nach kurzer Wende wieder den Rückweg nach Frankfurt antreten.

A busy day in the coach park at Thorpe Park today (26/08/2017) as the good weather and bank holiday weekend attracted almost 40 coaches of thrill seekers.
Among the visitors was Express Motors of Penygroes Neoplan Tourliner PJ12ATV. This coach was new to City Circle of Hayes in 2012.

However due to my main computer on which I edit my work being struck down with a big bad virus, this picture and all the others I am uploading, were Unedited but have now been replaced with Edited versions. So enjoy and Thanks for your patience and understanding.
I do still hate everything about this shit that is new Flickr and always will, but an inability to find another outlet for my work that is as easy for me to use as the Old BETTER Flickr was, has forced me back to Flickr, even though it goes against everything I believe in.
I don't generally have an opinion on my own work, I prefer to leave that to other people and so based on the positive responses to my work from the various friends I had made on Flickr prior to the changes I have decided to upload some more of my work as an experiment and to see what happens.

Samastipur's (SPJ) WDM-3A 16260R departs from Bareilly Junction with Train 15212, the Jannayak Express. The 19:05 from Amritsar Junction to Darbhanga Junction [ASR-DBG] would travel 1,486 kms making 43 intermediate stops en route, the journey taking just over 32 hours to complete, punctuality permitting.
The IRFCA loco database notes that this locomotive was used in the award-winning film 'Bunty Aur Bubli', an Indian Bollywood crime-comedy film released in 2005. The locomotive appeared several times during the song 'Dhadak Dhadak', one of six tracks used in the film. The U-tube video is worth a look just to consider what UK H&S would make of it:

At first glance, this could pass for a US scene of the late 1930s, but it is anything but. The South Manchuria Railway was Imperial Japan's foothold into mainland China, as the country gained the concession to operate the line from Tsarist Russia in the aftermath of the Russo-Japanese War of 1903-04. After Japan annexed Manchuria in 1932 and created the puppet state of Manchukuo, the South Manchuria Railway became key to the territory's rapid industrialisation and colonisation. To convey Manchukuo's technocrats, civil servants and army personnel, the Asia Express was launched in November 1934, connecting the 943 km (586 miles) between Dalian and Harbin in around 13 hours, at speeds of up to 75 mph. Not only only was this the fastest train in Asia, but few American or European railways could match its speed or modernity.
The train was a huge source of national pride in Japan, representing the ultimate in steam railway technology. The coaching stock was built from lightweight steel and fully air-conditioned, with full dining and cocktail bar facilities, plus an observation car at the rear. The on-board waitresses were drawn mainly from Manchukuo's White Russian community.
Haulage was provided by a dozen Pashina-class 4-6-2 Pacific locomotives, designed by the Mantetsu's precocious engineer, Nobutaro Yoshino. The first three locos were built in Mantetsu's own workshops, the rest by Kawasaki in Japan. As an aircraft manufacturer, Kawasaki made available its wind tunnel to enhance the effectiveness of the streamlined casing.
It is worth reflecting that Japan had imported all of its locomotive requirements until 1915, but made rapid strides once it began its indigenous railway industry, drawing on the best technologies of the United States and Europe.
Fast forward to today, and now US passenger railroads as well as the UK's leading franchise operators are relying on Japanese companies to meet their latest rolling stock needs. While Japan was ejected from its Manchurian colony after 1945, the experience of high-speed rail technology was not wasted, its pioneering Shinkansen trains astonishing the rest of the world when launched in 1964.

At rest in the bus station, is 3059 (NEL114P), a Leyland Leopard PSU3C/4R with Plaxton Supreme Express body.
It was new to Hants & Dorset in July, 1976, and acquired from Shamrock & Rambler, in 1984.
BGKT based WDP-4B loco - 40034 has pulled into platform number - 04 at Patna station yard with New Delhi bound 12391 (RGD-NDLS) Shramjeevi Express at its tow !!

Nachdem der Alpen Express aus Leiden Centraal, Schladming erreicht hat, wird dort gestürzt und der Zug wird leer nach Bischofshofen überstellt, um ihn dort über den Tag abzustellen.
Den selben Tag am Abend gibt es wieder eine Leerfahrt nach Schladming um anschließend die holländischen Wintersportler wieder heim zu fahren.
Hier zu sehen ist E10 1309 der AKE mit dem Lp 85104 (Schladming - Bischofshofen) kurz vor Pöham unterwegs.
