Terwijl de conducteur ongeduldig heen en weer over het perron in Rimini banjert, vraagt de rangeerder aan post T toestemming om te vertrekken met de rangeerloc. Het materieel is van de D200/D201 'Holland-Italië Express', die tijdens de weekends van de zomermaanden Amsterdam met Rimini verbond. Doordeweeks ging de trein niet verder dan Milaan.
A Baltimore and Ohio 4-6-2 brings an express train to a stop at Independence. The freight clerk will waste no time unloading the mail and packages from the RPO/baggage car directly behind the locomotive and this train will soon be on its way to Hillsboro.
Dan Christiansen's Pacific locomotive is a Mehano model, extensively re-worked to include Precision-Scale brass castings, new piping, headlight, trailing truck, crew, and dual air compressors for heavy passenger service. The Vanderbilt tender is a Bachmann model also extensively modified to house a Tsunami 2 decoder, sound speaker, and featuring an extended coal bunker extension fitted with a pneumatic coal pusher and a load of coal piled extra high. The heavyweight RPO-combine is a Rivarossi model which was also detailed and painted by Dan.

Duronto Express is a category of long-distance few stop trains run by the Indian Railways.Initially these trains did not have any ticketing stops between the origin and the destination but since 1-1-2016 you can book tickets from those technical stops.
"Duronto" means "restless" in Bengali language. These trains' coaches have characteristic yellow-green livery. Duronto Express services connect the several metros and major state capitals of India. These trains are faster than or as fast as Rajdhani and Shatabdi trains.
The then Union railway minister Mamata Banerjee and now the CM of West Bengal, a known painter in Kolkata, had designed the outward look of the Duronto Express, non-stop trains which was launched in September, 2009. The head coach of the train has an abstract painting in primary colours denoting speed, in the middle of which will be a pair of legs, coloured blue.

E10 228 bespannte heute den Weihnachtsmarkt-Express(DBK) auf dem Weg von Schorndorf nach Kehl,von dort ging es per Straßenbahn nach Straßbourg auf dem Weihnachtsmarkt.
Bei eisigen Temperaturen konnte ich den Zug bei Sersheim erwischen.

7000 Viscount Portal was a post war Castle class locomotive, it entered service new to Newton Abbot 25/05/1946. The locomotive was withdrawn from 85A Worcester depot 28/12/1963 and cut at Cashmore's (Newport) in June 1964
