Explosión de otoño, desde mi ventana, millones y millones de hojas, el viento vendrá y me las arrebatará, pero por el momento, son mías.

September 3, 1982: Forty-five hundred pounds of explosives collapses a hillside during the construction of the Willow Lane Reservior in Thousand Oaks, California. The California Drilling and Blasting Co. used 313 charges in its second detonation to clear land. While working at the Thousand Oaks News Chronicle, I had one of my least favorite types of photo assignments - a groundbreaking. But while at the groundbreaking, I learned of an upcoming explosion to flatten a hillside. That Friday, I covered the blast. #explosion #thousandoaks

I'm still persisting with my water drop set-up! I'm now up to three external flashguns, and am shooting without the onboard flash firing for the first time! I think I'm getting some pretty consistent results!
I quite liked the random position of the water drops in this one, especially as they're also caught in the reflection! I think the red flash gels have given a rather pretty pink tint to the shot too!
