Moraine Lake, Banff National Park. This lake, like so many in this area is fed by glacial water. The water has certain materials in it that causes that beautiful emerald color.

This shot was taken right after I got my very first Danbo (pretty excited ain't I). It's a bit difficult to get a hold of a danboard toy here in the Philippines. I was just fortunate to have found one.
This will be the start of Danbo's life under the lens of lennox. :-D
Hope you'll support and patronize my Danbo shots fellows!
TIA ;-)

This narrow canyon, in some places less than a meter wide, has been formed due to the infiltration of water in an initial crack on the top of the plateau, to form a tall, narrow canyon long just a couple of kilometers, maybe less. At the beginning at the first hundreds meters the path is surrounded by palm trees that lives only here as well the amount of stones and gravel make it difficult to walk.
Some rocks wedged between the walls, which gave the impression of falling from time to time.

The sky outside at the moment is absolutely like a painting. It is so very tempting to start clicking right away. But the fact remains that today is a Monday. So all I can do is .. use my cellphone from the window...
Hope it rains tonite... Cheers..
Well I'm back from Washington and now I'm leaving for Costa Rica. I was booked to be there last week but there was no way I was going to miss attending the Windland Smith Rice Awards so we changed the dates around a bit. I'm not a big fan of laptop edits so I may not be posting much for the next three weeks but you'll see lots of posts once I return home.
Here's another Puffin from July in Newfoundland
Stena Explorer is a high-speed ferry owned by Stena Line and operated on their Holyhead–Dún Laoghaire service between Great Britain and Ireland. It is a member of the HSS 1500 class of high-speed ferries introduced and developed by Stena Line from 1996 onwards. The HSS 1500 class vessels are the largest catamarans in the world.
Stena Explorer was constructed by Finnyards in Rauma, Finland, at a cost £65 million. Construction commenced in June 1994 and was completed in February 1996, before entering service in April 1996.
The vessel is a catamaran, and was designed with the aim of providing a comfortable and fast service. The sailing time between Holyhead and Dún Laoghaire is 119 minutes.
Power is provided by four GE Aviation gas turbines in a twin combined gas and gas (COGAG) configuration. The vessel employs four Kamewa waterjets for propulsion.
The HSS class of ferries were designed to allow quick turnarounds at port. A specially designed linkspan provides ropeless mooring and allows quick loading, unloading and servicing. Vehicles are loaded via two of the four stern doors and park in a "U" configuration. When disembarking, vehicles drive straight off via the other two doors.
