Tony and Alec declared that they were tired of the girls always getting to sing touching songs which evinced sighs of longing. And therefore, they were going to sing A Song. Specifically, a slow and lovely and harmony-slathered "I Wanna Hold Your Hand" by the Beatles.
Vixy looks on.
The famous green exit sign of Japan...of course I think it is way cooler than the red American "EXIT" signs.
A typical pre-1986 Dual-Lite Exquisite Exit Sign, with the Denver code configuration, and battery back up.

An interesting set up here with two Dual-Lite Exquisites. One mounted face towards the wall...

Can anyone tell me what the brand of this sign is? My best bet is a Prescolite Profile Series.

Valentine’s Day
I took my mom to lunch for Valentine's Day. We went to Old Dog Alehouse.
She wouldn't let go of the idea of the "batman masks" so she measured my face when I got to her apartment. My measurements were 6.5" from my ear to my nose, and 4.5" from my nose to my chin. When she texted these dimensions to the woman who makes the masks, the woman said those are children sizes. It got very surreal when my Mom had the woman meet us at Old Dog Alehouse to give us the masks. The three masks were $18. I gave the girl $20 and told her to keep the change after my Mom said she would have to go to an ATM to pay her. Oh, the woman wreaked of cigarette smoke when she showed up. She assured us that the masks (in a zip lock bag) were sanitized. I immediately washed the masks when I got home; that is, the two masks I kept for me and Madison. It was a surreal experience.
These signs are rare to find in black housing, let alone the Denver code option as well. I own a standard black with battery back up version of this sign seen here: www.flickr.com/photos/93909681@N07/32243758653/in/datepos...

I plan on converting one of these exit signs to look as if it were a Denver code as this one is.

Ivy growing through wrought iron railing and covering the brick walls in Elsong Gardens Courtyard at the Emy-Lou Biedenharn home in Shreveport Louisiana. The botanical garden and museum is located on the Ouachita River in Monroe, Louisiana. The garden's name is short for Emy-Lou's song, named after Emy-Lou Biedenharn, who had a vocal career in Europe. The garden's themed settings include the Four Seasons Garden, Oriental Garden, and Musical Grotto.

While working late at night at the office this sign's halo illuminated the heating conduit perfectly.

These signs are the main contribution to my great interest for Denver code exit signs of the 60's, 70's, 80's, and 90's that required the green background with white letters. Notice: The back sign looks as if it could be a prescolite.
