This photo is the result of my PERPETUAL frustration with the NYC Police force and their extreme blatant disregard for the rule of traffic laws—they drive on the wrong side of the street, use sidewalks to avoid traffic, cross red lights for no apparent need, use their lights to bypass traffic, park anywhere they want, block street flow with car to car conversations, and never hesitate to hand out tickets for breaking the very same laws they ignore with such passion. They may protect this city but does that really give them the right to hipocrisy? DEEP breath...I'm done now.

OSPR staff evaluated and participated in National Preparedness for Response Exercise Program (NPREP) #oilspill drill with the United States Coast Guard Sector San Diego and staff from Colonial Compliance Systems. State regulations require industry to fulfill NPREP objectives for large-scale drills every three years. More than 60 people participated.
