Taken in my garden after I'd been around the corner of my home once or twice to capture the sunrise . It's been a long time since I used this so I discovered that most shots were out of focus because I'm unable to stretch my arms out as straight as I used to last summer . Only one thing for it in that case - some physio and stretching exercises at home.

It was a beautiful morning as the sun was just clearing the trees.The resident family of nine juvies appeared to be enjoying the building warmth as much as the photographer!

I am soooo good at this...

Yesterday spotted the CG helo go over and figured they were doing ice training. Headed down to Lake Charlevoix and the Coast Guard guys from the station had walked way out on the ice and the guy lowers from the helo and jumps on the ice and falls thru and they rescue him. Pretty amazing to watch.

Here is two Galahs doing there exercises, enjoying the sun again.

one of the exercises while in hospital. got a new knee yesterday 😣

We went to the park early in the morning, and there were people that were exercising. I wanted to just take a picture of them, but my dad told me to go join them... I jumped in long enough for him to snap the shot.

I like to watch the ducks, they are so funny! :)
