A return to my puffin collection, I've still got over a 1000 images in the album so a little more work is needed to get that number down to a more manageable level.
. . . with a view! I cannot think of a better place to spend a sunset (well other than any place on Lake Michigan)! And besides, I can dangle my leg over the side and do my stretching exercises, thereby making my PT happy too.
Have a great week Facebook, Flickr, and 500px friends!
Usually the ducks don't come in the yard to feed until sunset, but this loner got a late-afternoon head-start before the crowd arrived...

It was a beautiful morning as the sun was just clearing the trees. The resident family of nine juvies appeared to be enjoying the building warmth as much as the photographer!

I have been wanted to visit this spot, located between Iglmühle und Haslach, for a couple of years. Well, yesterday, on the International Women’s Day, I had a free day, which is unfortunately quite rare these days, and the weather was also expected to be nice. So, I set my alarm for 1:50 in order to capture the early regio to Győr which leaves around half past four. Even though, it was very hazy in the morning, the temperatures quickly climbed to around 12 degrees, as a result of which the vast majority of the haze also disappeared. Shortly after 2 p.m., when almost all the exercises for the upcoming business statistics midterm test have already been finished, the early afternoon regio from Aigen-Schlägl to Linz Urfahr, consisting of 5022.017, also turned up – what a beautiful scenery. So nice, that the "next round" was also worth awaiting.
