Charlie O'Shields latest book "Sketching Stuff - Create like a Kid Again' is all about that. Don't be fooled by the fun, bold illustrations. A young child would probably enjoy looking at them, and might instantly start creating their own stories. That's the whole point - children don't need much inspiration. Adults often do. And that's the point of this book.
There are 60 exercises that invite you to think like a kid again, and turn on the creative benefits from doing so.

I've shot the HH11 local dozens of times. It's an easy target and it's always a single GP38-2.
I've also shot from this location at CP Harrisburg from atop the State Street Bridge dozens of times. It's a spot I like and it's also easy access from my office in Harrisburg.
I heard the HH11 wanting to come out of the yard with GP38-2 #5179 and knowing 5178 was a high hood I had hoped the same for the #5179.
Well no such luck as I could spot that admiral cab from a mile away.
As he fired up the bright lights I ratcheted the shutter down to 1/6 and decided to grab the big and wide pan.
Why? Well if I don't make it, nothing lost. But if I do...well I've just won gold in the foamer olympics. LOL.
So much fun to observe this owlet’s early attempts at flight! Lots of flapping going on but results are short and awkward!
