This is actually an echinacea (cone flower) growing in my garden. Something clearly has gone horribly awry. But it makes a nice picture.
An eyecatching dress is this Seductive dress from Rejuve's raggs by Christiane Armanii ( marketplace.secondlife.com/stores/158552 )
Pastel and ink on paper, about 28" x 19".

Headquarters #Achmea, #Leiden. #VVKH architects, 2011. This large complex is an eyecatching building, located near Leiden Central Station. Its bright rhythmic use of colour is clearly inspired by the work of artist Theo van Doesburg.
This futuristic architectural masterpiece was worth at least 100 shots for me (at least that is what it felt like) from every corner and every angle possible. All the lines, edges, curves, twists etc. were just perfect! From botton to top, left to right, vertical to horizontal, everything was possible with this photo motif.
In the future I am sure I will upload several more, this was just the beginning :)

"don't worry
about a thing
cause every little thing
gonna be alright,,,"
rise up this morning
smile with the rising sun
three little birds
it's by my doorstep
singing sweet songs
of melodies pure and true
sayin',"This is my message to you"

On a very grey day. Not that eyecatching at all but at least time to actually hold the camera. Post the second set of surgery in 5 weeks. I need to do some photography again - keeps my brain in order.
At first sight I fell in love with these beauties so well arranged of which many ones displayed beautifully on that green carpeted floor in one shopping mall. I went closer to have a peep and realized they are artificial, made of fabric, to my surprise.. Asked to buy one, and then he told me that he is marketing some other perfume, and these are just for display.. Tiny colorful ones catching people' eyes well for their marketing..
I thought a picture comes free anyway, for my memory and I only had my mobile then with me .. I am glad to share with you..:)

Another find while working...
They don't build them like they use to.
This model is so unique and bold looking. Such a "California" car. All it's missing is a surfboard. (and me!)
Definitely on my dream wish list.
First, I couldn't decide which picture to go with. Second, I love diptychs!

I really like this shot. Specially the size of the bubbles and the sharpness of the sunflowers inside the drops.

Hot off the press, this shot was taken yesterday during my visit to Canary Wharf to photograph the Winter Lights Festival. More to come.
Originally commissioned for the 2020 Light Festival, the eyecatching red installation on the Cubitt bridge is called 'The Clew'. It was created by Ottotto, a portuguese architectural firm and it's one of several Festival installations which have become part of the permanent collection of Public Art at Canary Wharf.

From the Canarywharf.com website, "Commissioned for the Canary Wharf Winter Lights festival 2020. The Clew is made from 100 circles of red light, is a beautiful structure created by Ottotto, a portuguese architectural firm.
This minimal and elegant construction creates stunning reflections of sunset on the water and frames the bridge, making you see this familiar landmark in a brand new way."

Why can't all graffiti be as wonderful as this? It's hoardings which are surrounding the demolition of an old building next to the Louis Vuitton Foundation building a bit up the street to it. It covered a large area to the left and right of this portion of hoardings. I think they are responsible for this building being demolished so we surmised that they had commissioned a graffiti artist to come up with something colourful and eye-catching to cover the hoardings. It certainly caught my eye!
