F59PHI 87 and F40PH 127 team up to hustle a UP West Line train out of the confines of downtown Chicago at Kinzie Street.

Now here's a train caught my attention, rumbling through Galesburg, Illinois, three BNSF locomotives pass my camera. Each locomotive wears a different paint scheme showing BNSF's diverse color pallet. From front to back BNSF 4400 wears the middle ground Heritage 2, 791 the BNSF Bonnet, and at the back, 1039 wears the original Heritage 1. All locomotives are the General Electric C44-9W's.

As soon as my mother saw this picture, she said, "Dynamic."

I liked the angle and the lines in this pic I took of my brother Alan in Cincinnati.

Dynamic box squat, 10x3, light bands. 155lbs.

Ready to set off, leaving Ulaanbaatar to head North, Lucy and I got ourselves 20 or so mini copies of this photo printed out (at the last minute, naturally). A memento to give to the friends we made on the way.

For a rushed, timer based shot taken inside a department store, it turned out pretty well. :-)

Seriously though, dynamic duo indeed. The Hinton brother/sister team should never be underestimated!
