Driving around playing with long exposure shots for effect. This was fun to do, mounting the tripod in the passenger seat, making sure the window was clean and then picking different street scenes that had various lighting to see how they worked out.
I am VERY impressed with the D300 and that a 20 second exposure has no noise or grain... WOW.
I will be visiting San Fran tomorrow and probably a bit slow to reply to comments etc, sorry.
when I was a little kid I couldn't wait to be able to drive..have always loved driving (with the tunes cranked up, of course :)
sonoma state really is on the urban/rural fringe -- I pass this scene on my way to campus every day, driving up petaluma hill road
got a new Holga, after the first one broke after only two rolls of film -- this is a Holgamod, & it's working GREAT so far... thanks Randy!
