This is a close visual approximation of what it felt like driving home at 3AM after a show in Manhattan. I had taken the Merritt Parkway, then gotten off for gas..and got terribly lost in the Westport are, where they apparently don't believe in gaudy accoutrements such as streetlights. I felt like I was hallucinating, and saw eight deer and three turkeys on top of it all.
From Charlotte's birthday party.... the snow came down much sooner than expected... it was beautiful snow... heavy and wet... great for making snowmen... but not driving in it...
This morning I see we got around 5-6 inches.... that is clinging to everything!! Later on we'll venture out and tackle digging out...
KCS 4671 takes the lead of CP 577 as it rides over the Crow River in Rockford, MN. This train had to make a big pickup of hoppers at Humboldt which killed enough time for the sun to come out of the clouds.
Passed my road test at Willmar last Friday. I can finally drive myself to railfan. When I heard about this train coming I got motivated to drive out further than what I have been able to bike to and thus was the result.
Ironically this was the day KCS said yes to accepting CP. We shall see what happens in the future...

I took this photo a few years ago while driving back one morning from shooting at the coast. It had been raining the night before and once the sun started to warm things up a thin layer of fog developed. I was driving down skyline in the fog when I turned the corner to see this. I stopped the car in the middle of the road, scurried for my camera and got this shot before someone else might come around the corner and slam into me.
Camera movement plus movement from car.

Combo of 2 Wombo pics, using the same prompts. Made the baby smaller and blended with Pixelmator Pro.

Style: Abstract Fluid
Wombo does beam up some amazing alien characters.
This seems to be turning into an extraterrestrial Tuesday. Hope you enjoy the close encounters!

See?" he said, with an unholy amount of glee. "I hardly broke any laws at all. I should drive more often."
"No. Trust me, you shouldn't," Eve said. "Think of all the little old people and the children.

The plough (UK) or plow (US; both /ˈplaʊ/) is a tool (or machine) used in farming for initial cultivation of soil in preparation for sowing seed or planting to loosen or turn the soil. Ploughs are traditionally drawn by working animals such as horses or cattle, but in modern times may be drawn by tractors. A plough may be made of wood, iron, or steel frame with an attached blade or stick used to cut the earth. It has been a basic instrument for most of recorded history, although written references to the plough do not appear in English until 1100 CE at which point it is referenced frequently. The plough represents one of the major advances in agriculture.
