Cloud formations over a lake in Masuria during a storm. Seeing these clouds forming we quickly headed towards the closest port and managed to belay and secure the yacht. The storm started about ten minutes after we made the decision, but it could have been much quicker.

Spectacular scene at sunset this evening. Had no clouds most of the day until some altocumulus moved in during the late afternoon which set up some colorful skies. Got some really nice photos. Was difficult to pick which shot to post for the cloud album but thought I would use something different.
I normally shoot a lot of wide angles during sunsets, as I did for this one. But I also wanted a close up of the clouds blowing up with color. Had shades of orange, red and purple at some point. So I zoomed in and inserted the pole to give a dramatic look. Think this is my favorite of the project so far.
