Dog-shaming challenge

Yes he does. He literally will push me into to the tub because he wants me to turn the shower on. He has figured out how to turn the faucet on and now we have to make sure that the bathroom door is closed when we are not at home..

My sister's Boxer decided to join in on the portrait. Not planned or directed at all.

Waiting for some treats.

A trip to the vet a week or so ago wore my old dog completely out. Rufus had a dewclaw that had curled in a loop and grown through the pad on the side of his left foot. (Apparently I'd missed that one when I trimmed his claws last time). They removed it and gave him some pain meds and antibiotics. He was falling asleep while he was on the table. He's been my buddy for over thirteen years when my wife found him half-starved on the side of the road. I'm not sure how old he was when we got him.
