it must be wonderful to own such dog, but the other side of that is, that kind of dog needs to run a lot every day (or so)... that guy on a bike - i see him often driving his bike with that dog at any weather (don't forget it is Russia ;)

She was ready to play!
I didn’t want the flash but it came out …but I liked her expression so I arranged the shot to look better….maybe the part in the center is still a bit overexposed bit …. But I wanted to share her asking eye, asking me: Hurry up! Less shots and more fetch! This ball is going to fall!!
It’s a strange slippery ball, sometimes she lose it!! Bite harder baby!!

This picture made me think of the line from the Christmas song "tidings of comfort and joy": that describes my two dogs so well - Mr. Comfort Nic and Miss Joy Splash. Those of you who get Christmas cards from me will probably see this photo again. Splash teamed up with her BC brother Nic for this week's shoot.

The girls are now getting on perfectly, after a couple of weeks of jostling for position in the pecking order.
They have now established who is top in each situation, and everyone has their moment as leader.
