You would think to save money the CA State Parks would be buying base model work trucks not SLT's but pickups from this era costed less than they do now and the SLT trim probably didn't add much to the price since they bought a bunch of these trucks at once.

Designed by Mark Gilliam the Ram 1500 TRX is a high-performance variant of the fifth-generation Ram 1500 (DT) full-size pickup truck, produced by the Ram Trucks division of Stellantis. The TRX name was based on the Ram Rebel TRX concept that was shown at the 2016 State Fair of Texas as an engineering, design and consumer-interest study. The original 702 HP TRX was produced during the 2021 through 2024 model years. It was discontinued after the 2024 model year because it couldn't be modified to meet tougher automotive emissions standards, and the company's shift towards electrification, involving the eventual discontinuation of the 6.2L, 6.4L (except for the Ram HD trucks) and 5.7L Hemi engines altogether.
The last Ram 1500 TRX was produced on February 16th 2024.

Latest 2023 Case B recolour of the Hot Wheels Dodge Ram based van. Although this casting was never designed to be bone stock in its appearance for most part it looks not too modified to appeal to my tastes. I have to say though its bright orange glazing really does look rather naff, since when does anything other than clear suit glazing in diecasts!

"Winterlicht" in Betondorp, one of the neighbourhoods of Amsterdam Watergraafsmeer in Oost. A Winter morning in Amsterdam after a night with some hail showers and snow in combination with temperatures below zero. The Ploegstraat is one of the main axes in Betondorp parallel to the Middenweg.

On June 1st, 2014 at 4:16pm, the Livermore-Pleasanton Fire Department (LPFD) responded to multiple reports of a vegetation fire at 400 Wall St. near Granada High School in Livermore. Arriving units found a good-sized working vegetation fire in the grass behind the school and immediately went into offensive mode. Upon arrival, LPFD Battalion 9 assumed Wall IC and requested a second alarm, summoning several Type 1 engines to assist the Type 3 engines and Patrols with fire attack as well as to provide access to a water supply. Alameda County Fire responded two battalion chiefs (Battalion 2 and Battalion 3) and a Type 3 engine (Engine 308) to assist as well. Because the fire was also threatening a couple structures nearby, LPFD Truck 96 responded to the call also for structure protection, but cleared by the time I arrived on scene.
Besides Truck 96, the total balance of apparatus on scene included Alameda County Battalions 2 and 3, LPFD Battalion 9, Alameda County Type 3 Engine 308, LPFD Type 3 Engines 394 and 399, LPFD Chief 90, LPFD Patrol Engines 491, 495, 497, and LPFD Type 1 Engines 90, 95, 97, and 98, making for a total of 15 pieces of apparatus on scene!
LPFD Type 1 Engine 98 (E98) is an early 2000s-era Hi-Tech EVS pumper built on a Spartan Gladiator chassis.
Northside area of Cincinnati, Ohio. This rather beat up Dodge Ram 1500 pickup truck is beginning to sag under the load. With the way things are being stacked into it, I know I certainly wouldn't want to be following it closely.
