I love this song! They played it in the truck on the way to Walmart. I remember hearing it on the radio in summer 1965.

This photo is of the Dodge Ram radio....

You see about 500 Fords and 300 Chevys/GMCs to every one of these Dodges of this era.

Baarn en Ferrari Enzo's, dat is geen gelukkige combinatie. In januari dit jaar crashte één van de vierhonderd exemplaren tegen een boom, een eenzijdig ongeluk. Gelukkig kon bovenstaand exemplaar heelhuids het Concours d'Elegance verlaten. En het geluid toen hij gas gaf: pure kippenvel.

Baarn and Ferrari Enzos, not a good combination. In January this year, one of the four hundred copies crashed into a tree, a single-vehicle accident. Fortunately, the above copy was able to leave the Concours d'Elegance without a scratch. And the sound when he accelerated: pure goosebumps.

Dat ene ingesneeuwde Russische dorpje bereiken, de lavastromen op het eiland La Palma trotseren of op jacht naar een piratenschat op Madagaskar? Het zou me niets verbazen als deze Dodge het allemaal aan zou kunnen. Toch ben ik erg benieuwd waar deze heftig aangepakte Ram voor gebruikt wordt in het Zuid-Limburgse heuvellandschap. Behalve dan de ritjes naar de plaatselijke Albert Heijn.

Still I am very curious what this heavily modified Ram is used for in the hilly landscape of South Limburg. Except for the trips to the local Albert Heijn supermarket.

Probably the last photo I'll ever take of Rod's truck...here it is on the lot at KIA. We had to go there for Rod to do stuff involving the new SUV he got. I will miss this truck. It took us to Florida - it took us to Allentown, it took me to visit my mother. It took us food shopping many, many times. It took us through snow, ice, and rain. It was a good truck.

This lovely looking silver Dodge Ram Daytona 1500 pick-up truck was imported into the U.K. new after being made in the US in 2005.

First registered here in March 2006 it has a 5700cc, 345cu.in. Hemi V8 engine that develops 345 bhp and gives it a top speed of 130mph.

It is a bi-fuel vehicle - Bi-fuel vehicles are vehicles with multifuel engines capable of running on two fuels, one fuel is petrol or diesel, and the other is an alternate fuel such as natural gas, LPG, or hydrogen. Here this Dodge is registered to use diesel.

A line of 86’ boxcars sit over Schaefer Road in Detroit, Michigan. An old Illinois Central Gulf car happened to be front and center.
