Branded as "Scotland's Little Gem", Edradour Distillery was established I 1825.

After a cognac has been aged to its full potential in wood it is then moved to glass carboys or jugs.
These are sealed and wrapped in wicker or in this case cloth to prevent light form damaging the cognac.
It is later used in blending.
Seen in a very small public green space. 2th district, Vienna, Austria. I have no idea which type of fruit it is.

From a friend's private distillery.
He produces wine and tsipouro from his own grapes and he asked me to take some pictures from his cellar in the basement, in order to decorate them on his wall.
I took many images from all the elements in the cellar and we were both happy with the end results.
In the bottles,regardless the brands on them, there is fine tsipouro, which we have honoured in many occasions and we still do :)

Located in Greendale in southeast Indiana. The old warehouses are now used by a number of small businesses...occupation limited to the first and second floors only due to fire restrictions. In 2005 a six story building caught on fire. Over 40 fire departments responded...the city ran out of water and water had to be pumped 500 feet from a creek. Low water pressure still persists.
This is a famous distillery of the delicious Scotch whisky. The Glengoyne brand has several different aged whiskys up to 17 years old. Single Malt.
