The Distillery District is home to a surprisingly wide variety of shops which offer unique crafts, artwork, a craft brewer, sake bar and even an artisan chocolatier who makes incredible treats starting from the raw beans. Of course, checking all these out is hungry business so there aren no shortage of great restaurants with unique decor and ambiance.
This particular restaurant was recognized by USA Today, Top Choice and BlogTO as the best French restaurant in Toronto.

The Distillery District is a historic and entertainment precinct located east of Downtown Toronto, Ontario, Canada. It contains numerous cafés, restaurants, and shops housed within heritage buildings of the former Gooderham and Worts Distillery. The 13 acres (53,000 m2) district comprises more than 40 heritage buildings and 10 streets, and is the largest collection of Victorian-era industrial architecture in North America.
The district was designated a National Historic Site of Canada in 1988
