Crappy Photo of new Display in Billy Shelf.
There's most of my Super Heroes collection except Official Marvel Figs and Custom Iron Man Figs.
You can spot DC Figs (mostly TLBM, some official and some custom), the figs I helped design for United Bricks, b@r and AMB@R figs, some private stuff, purist, semi-purist and purified Bootlegs.
All custom figs you can see were designed by me except one. guess which 😂
A 1970s Corgi shop display stand which I use to store some plastic toys, as it is a bit too fragile for the weight of diecasts. This image is mainly so I remember what is in it. There are quite a few American and German items as well as English ones and others.
The notes on the image should link to other images of the same vehicle – I sometimes find I need to reload the page before the outlines of the link boxes appear.
This is an idea I've had on my list to-do for a little over a year. I started with the colors I had on hand, but plan to expand the available colors in the near future.
The display disc is a custom laser cut acrylic disc friction fit with a 1x2 building plate.
The 1x2 plate can be affixed permanently, switched out with a brick, different colored plate or stacked with other discs to make a multi-colored figure display base.
Dimensions: 1/14" x 1 1/4" x 1/8" per disc.
Since 2017 that I started to make each year, a new Display based on a different Historical Theme; I quickly noticed that doing this increases a lot my creativity and above all else my will to make more MOCs. This year I decided to make MOCs based on a forsaken Nation who actually had a very rich indigenous aeronautical industry during the XX Century but because of a very bitter War during the 90s, all was lost: Yugoslavia.
Between 1930 and 1991, Yugoslavia developed many unique designs for their own use since they combined engines, weapons and sensors from both Eastern and Western Nations.
In 2023 I´m planning to show some of their most "famous" designs; this required extensive research which wasn´t easy because there aren´t a lot of books covering their development.
So don´t forget to subscribe my page to see the many different planes that I´m currently preparing to show.
Thank You!
The museum has moved upstairs ... I now have my coffee table back! If anyone is wondering, that's a TT scale rake of DR double-decker coaches made in the DDR on top of the bureau.
I don't get it. It doesn't appear altogether a display of hostility, nor of a mating situation. Still, the egrets raise their beaks to the sky and display their wings in a flurry of excitement for...for...some reason these days.

Not Sure of Display exactly ...whether it is dominance or possibly looking for potential mate
Other Dominance displays often have neck erect with wings lowered... approaching until one or the other gives way... reminiscent of Rooster interactions
In this case the bird on right was hanging tough..closer to me ...while the displaying bird might have been holding back because of my proximity
I've never seen a Bull Elephant put on a display like this before. We were the only car and he repeated these exact manoeuvres twice more as we drove closer.
He was also very aggressive so we kept our distance and eventually he wandered off into the veldt.

Miniature display stand on white foamboard
This was meant for Looking close...on Friday's "Reflection on a (totally) white background", but I could not get rid of the blue tones. It wanted to be blue. Finally I went the other way and enhanced the blue. So be it!

A cool start to the Paris Spring hasn't deterred Bagatelle's peacocks - they're eagerly displaying their magnificent tails. Especially this young one. But the peahens are still indifferent. Jardin de Bagatelle, Paris. March 2010

Lava House is a modern home with a colour scheme inspired by the 1970's and hot lava. Dark orange, dark red, reddish brown and black are dominant colours.
The house is situated on a volcano shaped rock surrounded by a stream of water and sand. In some way it reminds me of Calmwater Cliff House MOC, but it is still very different.
Inside the house you find a fully furnished living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom downstairs and TV corner upstairs.
The grille tiled roof can easily be lifted off in order to display the interior.
My plan is to display Lava House at a Swebrick exhibition in Hässleholm, Sweden, in the middle of August 2018.
Finished this little display for my yosd girls. There isn't much space on the shelves inside the doll cabinet, so I have to get creative with the available space on each shelf.

So this happened this week. Middle of Rundle Mall, a big Christmas themed window display. Built by yours truly.
I'll have some close up shots coming soon, but for now, if you're in Adelaide, the display can be seen in person until January.
For quite a few years I have been putting together a display cabinet of diesels with the theme, Western Region in the blue era, though there is one interloper. This morning I acquired the final piece in the jigsaw, the Class 08. My theme is liberally interpreted, not all spent time on the Western Region, but the majority did. Arranged in TOPS class numbers from 03 to 53 from top to bottom, they are 03089, 08031, D6318, D9500, D7042, 37238, D600 'Active', D836 'Powerful', 47487, 50018 'Resolution', D1067 'Western Druid' and 1200 'Falcon'.
The models (OO scale) are from a number of manufacturers, one person in particular requires a mention and my gratitude, Alan Jenkins from MIB Models, Bridgend, he helped source a number of the models and added details to many as well.
