I kind of feel like this lightning as of late. Pulled in every direction. I think the three months I was down with my back has caught up to me. I am sorry I haven't been around much as I get caught up I hope to get back to flickr on a more steady basis. I miss seeing everyones pictures and seeing how everyone is doing. Take care everyone.
I think he was pointing me towards more interesting cloud formations in the sky, but I found him to be a more attractive subject.

« Ainsi, toute vie est un exemple et doit être vécue comme tel. Toute vie s’adresse à quelqu’un et c’est dans cette mesure — uniquement dans cette mesure — qu’elle a un sens, même si le sens de la vie reste par ailleurs totalement obscur. » (I.K.)

We got to see two different sets of cubs while visiting a small area of Lake Clark National park. This was Agro and her three cubs.
It was so much fun watching the 3 cubs play. But the fun was balanced out with some drama the next day. We were cruising on the beach when our guide spotted a bear running. As we got closer, we realized it was a cub without its mother. Our guide quickly checked the meadow, and Agro was there with only 2 cubs. The cub was running in the wrong direction!
Heartbroken, we decided to leave Agro alone in hopes that she would eventually find her cub. The other lodge instructed all the other groups to leave Agro alone.
Fortunately, the next morning had a happy ending. We spotted Agro with 3 cubs.
The lost cub is that darker cub on the right (I think).
Bit of a weird one this... having my yearly "do something different" complex, some bits make sense, others dont... was one of those days!
My thanks definitely have to go out to my good friend Chris (and personal chauffeur, who's not on Flickr) who without, this shot would not have been possible.
It's Dungeness, somewhere I have wanted to get to for a long time, but I don't drive and it's very difficult to get to otherwise.
This walkway has been shot by so many great photographers here on Flickr and I've always wanted to try my hand at it. It was one of the last shots I took towards the end of the day and the conditions were just perfect for it.
Thanks as well to artery-crea who is a work colleague who works in our Studio. He has been very kind and very patient in answering MANY questions I have had on processing techniques. Also, he has just bought an SLR and is off to a flying start, so check out his stream.
OH AND I FORGOT TO MENTION THAT I SOLD MY FIRST SHOT, OF: THE RYE TREE :-)
