There is no other bird quiet like the Black Skimmer in North America. This day the wind was just right and they were taking off in just the right direction, to capture them head on.

I have seen so many Flickr pics of Gulf Of Lune but I only made my first visit this weekend. Wow! Something to photograph in every direction. I wish I had visited before....
Mardi 20 avril 2021, c'est sous un ciel commençant à se couvrir que la G2000 n°1637 appartenant à GTF qui passe sous mon objectif avec à son crochet 3 V212 à destination de l'Italie.
Le convois est vue dans la courbe de Commelle Vernay, tout proche de Roanne, dont ce dessine la ville en arrière-plan. En cette fin de journée d'avril avec un train reliant Vierzon à Sibelin.
Après un petit séjour à Lourdes, ce train de pèlerin quitte Modane et reprend la direction d'Asti avec une E402.
