My finished design for my packaging consists of three different flavours which are labelled on the front. It also has a window on the front of the packaging to view the product inside. I created the packaging using photoshop and for this flavour which is choc-chip, I made the choc-chips in illustrator and put them into photoshop to merge them with my packaging. Using the clone and blur tools I managed to make the choc-chips look like they are dripping in honey which goes well with the product which is flapjacks.
Kathy Schicker of the London based design collective, Puff & Flock, has created a secret glow in the dark fantasy space for Designersblock at Earls Court during London Design Festival, September 24th- 27th 2009. Inspired by Torays amazing fabric and seeing parallels in hand painted silk wallpapers and the handle and properties of Torays high tech material, she has created her own modern and colour changing twist on traditional silk wallpaper, full of glow in the dark birds and other unexpected surprises.
