The buffet was bbq themed featuring steak kabobs, chicken breast sandwiches, caesar salad, corn on the cob, and other delicious creations from Schaul's Signature Cuisine & Events.

Fresh vegetables from the garden are so nice to have in a salad. Great to have a bit of space for growing.
Delicious, but for the record, not better than Star Provisions in Atlanta. The main advantage here is the Napa Valley setting, of course. I had the beef brisket sandwich, pressed and hot, on pretzel bread (though it was not salty like a pretzel would be). Very, very good.
To try next: Bouchon (think steak frites) and The French Laundry (think very expensive, very local, and very special).
A brutal agenda, I know, but someone has to do it.
