"At The Counter, you can creatively build your own burger. Choose the meat. Choose the Cheese, Toppings, etc... I opted for a 1/3 lb of beef on a multigrain bun. My choice of cheeses: Herb Goat Cheese Spread. "Why Goat Cheese?," you ask? Well, I think you should go for the stuff you don't normally encounter. This makes for a unique experience. Anyhoo, add into the mix some GRILLED onions, pineapple, tomatoes and some organic mixed greens. My sauce of choice: Roasted Garlic Aioli. I honestly had no idea what I was thinking with that one...but I can assure you it was delicious. I built myself a badass burger. HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION all the way!"
