I love making pizza, and when I do, I made lots! On this particular evening, I whipped up four pizzas so that I'd have lots of left overs to serve at a later date. There's a bunch of different combinations of pizza toppings here, each served on a fresh homemade crust. When freezing pizzas to eat later, try cooking your pizza crusts only half way and don't precook your toppings or cheese. This way when you pull them out and heat, things cook up as fresh as possible!

Yalanji also known as Warak Enab, is an Arabic popular dish of Lebanese origin. The plate is composed by vine leaves stuffed with rice, principally. Yalanji is an appetizer dish mostly served at Lebanese, Syrian and Jordanian famous restaurants.

The Golden Delicious produced lots of blooms and apples last year, but this year (2009) it looks like it's taking a bit of a break. Yet there are still plenty of apples coming. It seems as if the two trees have taken turns producing fruit these past two years. Previously they were equally productive.
