Vandana and Patrick made this delicious meal for Mother's Day.
My only contribution was helping to pseudo-steam the tortillas. The green rice is a recipe from a cookbook I have that I'm totally going to make at home; it uses a puree of spinach and cilantro to make the green coloring. The main entree was a burrito/soft taco filling of pinto beans, corn, and roasted squash.

A grilled fish sandwich eaten in Karakoy or Eminonu gives a totally unique taste. to eat delicious and cheap grilled fish sandwich in great pleasure against the Golden Horn landscape.
