I have photographed these chaps before, but this is an altogether different view of these 2 dinosaur rides in Long Buckby rec.
My rose bushes continue to produce amazing blooms, now well into October ...

Jumping or leaping is a form of locomotion or movement in which an object propels itself through the air along a ballistic trajectory.
All jumping involves the application of force against a substrate, which in turn generates a reactive force that propels the jumper away from the substrate.
net force × displacement = kinetic energy

Do you ever have those moments when you're at home, and you get that urge to strip off all your clothes, then sit on your kitchen worktop naked, trying to make things float? No, nor do I.
And if you do, please let the local mental institution know.
This was a really fun shot to make - I think the neighbours really must have been like 'What on earth . . . ?!', but oh well! And don't you just love that kitchen?! This week I'll try and catch up with my 52 Week project so, watch out!
Happy Sunday!

Watching the squirrels charging up and down the tree trunks in the gardens at Dunham Hall, this one just stopped for breath long enough for a snap

Defying Gravity - Wicked
I'm pretty happy with this. The words mean a lot to me at the moment I think, trying to stand on my own and such. One thing I have learnt recently... I need a remote.
Also, I really want to hear more of your feedback, even if it is constructive criticism. I really want to improve, but I need your help I think.
Feel free to message me :)
A record shot of Class 50 locomotive No. 50014 Warspite as she waits for her next turn of duty at Birmingham New Street station on Saturday 22nd July 1978. The "50" had received her nameplates less than two months earlier, on 30th May 1978.
No, your eyes are not playing tricks, how the heck this old place was still standing, I don't know.
Taken on PEI. If anyone does have anymore info on this place, I would love to hear about it.
These old houses are subject to some harsh conditions in the maritimes and if they get the least bit neglected they fade away. First the paint starts to peel, then it's only a matter of time before the winters, winds and rains wear them down to the ground. There's always something about an abandoned house that's intriguing. They stand helpless to the elements while hopelessly guarding all their stories inside.

This is natural light, filled in the front with a small silver reflector. Another HDR, but this is 7 frames, in 1 stop increments. I used HDR knowing I would need it to preserve the details in the flowers. HDR was processed in Photoshop, and the file was then enhanced in both Photoshop and Lightroom to balance exposure, especially the hightlights, enhance details in the flowers and sharpen overall.

Had this prevision for the last 2 months. Was so excited in going home just to go to Silay Old Port. Was blessed with a good light and everpatient sister. (haha)

A staircase at our local shopping centre (mall). Somehow the architecture of the stairs is floating in the air. No posts or pillars holding it up.
I thought that this was a great wee stocking filler for Christmas. Harry Potter's magic wand is magically levitated above its box by magnets. A good trick but the grandchildren soon got fed up with it when the wand flew off in different directions when it was improperly placed.
