A nice harem of females, a lovely sheltered pool and some lovely sunshine out of the wind - what more could a bull Grey Seal want?
In my case, that potential isn't very good. Most of the time, I'm lousy at pool, but I enjoy the hell out of it anyhow. Especially when alcohol is involved.
This is a 800 yrs old monastery, still standing will all its might. Peace and tranquility finds its definition here. The LAddakh Region in the Himalays have several such Monasteries.
This image reminded me of two songs and I could not chose between them.

I thought that I add a touch more motion blur to the LE using PS. I know it's quite extreme, but I like the style personally. It's abstract, but aesthetically appealing to me at least. Off out for a shoot now!
I rushed out just after uploading this. I can explain myself now: the reason I blurred it a little more was because there was some lovely movement and tones in the sea and sky, but there was just a tad too much definition. I tried half a dozen ideas about how to develop it before settling on this. I personally like the little fluffy cloud just off the headland.

One definition of bamboozled is: 'to confuse, frustrate, or throw off thoroughly or completely', and that is what attempting to knit this shawl with its lacework is doing to me! I am definitely struggling to get it right, I've had to tink many rows and reknit, and I'm counting stitches to check that I'm right on almost every row. As this shawl ends up with 562 stitches on the needle I can see me being even more bamboozled by the end. 😒 If I wasn't doing it for a knitalong I'd probably give up.
